In Beirut:
Weekdays: same day delivery is possible for orders placed by 4pm.
Saturdays: same day delivery is possible for orders placed by 1:30pm. 
Sundays: closed.
For larger items, we will contact you in case we need to postpone the delivery to the following day.

Outside of Beirut:
please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery. 

A $1.5 delivery fee is applicable on all orders, anywhere in Lebanon.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund in your original payment method, or an exchange. Please read our return policy below:

1. Our product return policy lasts for 7 days following the purchase. 
2. To process a return, the item must be unused, in the same conditions in which you received it, in its original packaging.
3. Some items are ineligible for returns/exchange: beds, scratchers and cat trees, carriers, clothes.
   To avoid this situation, please read the item’s information carefully (size, color, etc.) or ask us for assistance: we’re happy to give you more information or send you live pictures. 
4. Return shipping costs are charged to the customer. 

We accept online payments by card (in LBP and USD, without any extra fees) and cash payments (in LBP and USD) on delivery.
